Emmalee Sutton Wins Extraordinary Youth Award

On September 18, PBS Reno hosted their annual Reno Spotlight Awards. The award show highlights individuals and community groups who make a positive impact in the region.

We’re overjoyed to announce Emmalee Sutton, who serves as Renown Children’s Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) 2021 Champion Child Ambassador, was awarded the Extraordinary Youth Award.

Emmalee has autoimmune hepatitis and Addison’s disease and, at the young age of 14, she is a source of hope and inspiration to everyone she meets. The Extraordinary Youth Award is in honor of her perseverance and dedication to bettering her community. Congratulations Emmalee!
